You need to be a donator in order to be able to have a picture as your Signature, if not, words and colours are all you can have. Hope that helps.

I'm assuming you mean the landing Pad?. If so, to use it you need to land near the area, whilst in the pilot seat press 'Windows Key' and it should bring up the Mod Menu.
