Think Rouble means to have the ability to animate smoking the cigar, instead of having it just stuck in your mouth. Same way as you can emote smoking a joint or a cigarette.

Think it would be nice with them being concealed when in a bag and then visible while on your back if you do not have a bag. Tbf, same with SMG's AR's & Shotguns etc.

Think it was changed due to Airplane mode being implemented so you could make it seem like you were "offline"  I also miss the system where it would ring constantly. Kinda boring having to call people and immediately be hit with "Person Unavailable". Always liked the fact you had to cross...

Never had it as a issue as lvl 3, might be a lvl1/2 issue

There is a clear message when you decide to ban yourselves, and there is a clear reason why you banned yourselves.

Seems like a nice idea but you can already kinda do this. You can change perms in F6 to allow only a certain rank to pull out any vehicle, and remove full access to other ranks. These members that do not have access to the full parking can still park their own vehicles.

Dont see a reason for developing a entire code for this. You can already do it ingame, kindof. "Pick a number between 1-6, if it lands on your number you get shot" Then do /roll and you can play "russian roulette"
