Actions have consequences. You've slowly had a steady decline with regards to following the rules. Why is this? What changed and how can we be sure going forward there won't be a decline.

There doesn't need to be a report player made against you in order for you to be banned.  If you want to go down the route of 'I don't think I was banned fairly' instead of actually owning up to your mistakes, then I'm not even going to bother with you.  Denied.

You were informed on your last appeal that you cannot appeal until after 21/02/2023 - Appealing sooner will get you nowhere. Denied.

If you loved the server that much, surely you would've ensured you followed all the rules the first time round? 

Run me through why you decided to pester staff to get unbanned? 

You put alot of hours into grinding for you then to take a shortcut and break server rules... Why should I even consider this unban appeal given your clear lack of regard for our rules. 

Yeah, your life lines have ran out. To get unbanned not even a month ago for combat logging to now getting banned for transferring money between two characters is you taking the micky I think.  See you in 6 months.  Denied.

Yeah, you're going to need far more effort than that to even be considered getting an unban. Denied.

As you were informed in your last unban appeal; Combat Logging appeals come with a minimum mandatory cooldown of 1 month.  You are unable to appeal again until 01/03/2023 Denied.

I'm not even entirely sure where to begin on this report a player if I am being honest.  When I first watched this video, it reminded me of the old Arma 3 Initiation of 'I have friends in the area and if you don't let me go you'll be shot'. Now granted, those were not the words that were spoken...

If you're able to easily 'misjudge' one situation, how can we be sure you won't do the same again? 

For you to answer when your appeal is unlocked.  If you're unable to follow the most basic of rules (those being our unban appeal rules) how on earth do you expect to convince us that you're going to be able to follow our server rules and be a positive member of our community?

Did you attempt at all to get in contact with those you were in a situation with prior? Did you inform staff what happened with your internet?
