Seems to be fixed since I installed the community base mod yesterday

I change it and as soon as I reload the launcher to check if it has worked it defaults to 'Arma3battleye.exe' it still doe this but, earlier I did try changing it but keeping it open it wouldn't work either but now it mysteriously does so I have to change it each time and keep the launcher open...

Nope like I said keep defaulting to 'arma3battleye.exe' and it needs to be 'arma3.exe'

Actually I think I know the reason why it is not connecting in the settings of the launcher you can change thr executable it says 'arma3battleye.exe' every time I try change it and reload the launcher it default to it far as I'm aware it should be 'arma3.exe'

I should have took it from the announcement post as for how it happens its when I go to the server tab, click a server then click join my cursor changes to show its loading then it stops after a few seconds and I waited 20 minutes and it has not loaded up arma 3.

Yes steam is running I always have it running in the background.

First time playing on the server I can launch arma 3 via steam and connect to the server fine and play fine but it will not launch via the mod launcher and yes it all up to date.
