I 100% understand on this server it is considered VDM, and am here asking about the logic behind it. I'm questioning the logic behind the "you can't run anyone over or crash into cars that are in combat with you trying to kill you" part of VDM. Its still RP... They initiate it, try to kill...

I have a wheeled tank... why can't I crush your puny little hatch? If someone is trying to shoot you, why can't you run them over or semi wreck their vehicle to help get away? The only thing I can say now about the green/blue zone part is that well if you go into a police hq... they can help...

I have a i7 4790k, 16gb ram, hd 6790 1gb. I get a few freezing frames on this server.  Not that sure about average fps tho, not off hand. I used to have a 640 propus, with a oc on it, only towards the end of oc did it get a big performance boost.  It went from 3.5gflops to 4.2glops...
