IMHO, a successful HM robbery should be a rarity, as IRL. It shouldn´t be something a gang can pull off every day and should require outstanding tactics instead of the ability to shoot people dead. E.g. Distracting cops across the map, using decoys, setting up ambushes etc. Just my opinion.
