I am sure this is not possible as the arma engine does not support this. If you think in real life, you cannot store a rifle in a vest, only ammo, medkits, grenades, smoke grenades etc. However in a bag you can carry a rifle but cant be to big or it wont fit.  #armalogic

The holstering weapon feature will not be added, as there are too many bugs with the animation etc. If it was added there would be so many reports of weapons disappearing after holstering them. So the only possible answer is getting a feature to lock backpacks however, have spoke to Ed before...

The Altis Government has overruled this and there will be no curfew as there is no marshal law in effect.
