I have also experienced an incident of abuse with the restraint. Me and a friend had just delivered the last batch of cocaine, and we run straight into a PCSO. We communicate instead of opening fire but meanwhile he just circles us and restrains us in 2-3 seconds. Felt lame.

A shame that people misuse this ability. I think it has to be individually considered in each case, ie. 1 cocaine is not enough...
