I know I should have called for staff whilst it was happening or made a ticket on discord and just muted their very annoying voices till someone turned up or they left, or just let them crack on with breaking rules and report then after.

They were just really annoying and screaming abuse and was late at night and just didn't want to deal with it. Usually I just mute the game and go to TS for help.
