    It will be fun to see all the people going afk for their first 15minutes on the server from now on.

    I still don't understand this issue people have with others joining the server because they got told something fun is happening.

    Don't get me wrong the people that log on for gunfight then log off once it's done or died and never comes back on until there's a new one is a issue.

    But having so many damn rules all the time... I can get banned because I want to go to kavala when I'm in a heli, etc.. And now I can get banned because I was only on the server for 8.5minutes before shooting my gun?

    Hopefully people can see this as somewhat constructive criticism and not instantly start bashing each other's heads (and staff instantly using my post)

    Then post this in the rules feedback thread if you want it to be heard properly.

    Otherwise, I do appreciate your honesty and criticism, however we implement/alter rules to suit the wider player base. We are only human too, so if any rule/s are seemingly meaningless and have no affect/ negative outcomes that cause too much of an issue for the majority, we'll act accordingly.

    Additionally, "And now I can get banned because I was only on the server for 8.5minutes before shooting my gun?" Would only apply if you are attending an existing situation. As I've said, rules feedback thread and that's all that's needed.

    To be honest the only people who will be "afking" will be those that logged on for a gunfight happening... Nothing stopping them from going and doing something else for awhile like roleplaying and who knows they may even forget anything about there being a gunfight and enjoy the other main aspect of the server, which I would say would be much more fun. I'd say it would be best that they avoid whatever active situation is happening till absolutely needed even after the 15 minutes unless it is a Treasury/Reserve/HMP/event or anything alike.

    Well loging on to existing gunfights i can understand. But i see it from police side, can be hard to deal with big situations. As a rebel, this have been a unwritten rule for a while from my experience. We have members who got warnings for this months ago. Nothing changed imo

    @RaptorAM I got stressed out :(

    @Fluqi I lockpicked it under it's wing and shortly after as j was talking to some people a Hunter rocketlaunched towards it and blew up, the Xian was badly damaged but still somewhat flyable and to my luck the pilot jumped out to heal, so ran to it and unlocked it. However I didn't last more than 5sec as I got a bit too exited and tried to take it off as a jet off road..

    So genuine question here, is ramming an mrap with an mrap considered VDM now? Because it used to be fine, but I just heard someone got banned for it a few months back

    @Simen Don't do it. It's still classed as vdm and someone has been banned for doing EXACTLY the same as you're saying.

    (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

    Important phrase there.

    "Ram other MRAPS in order to disable them" is the difference. The situation you are referencing @Simen lead to a number of deaths. It is very a much a context judgement that lead to a ban being issued in that case.
