Two armed men took several people hostage at a office building This afternoon in kavala, after failed negotiations, their was only one option left and that was to raid the building, luckly all hostages where freed and saved, but the 2 armed men where still in the building, their wasnt any response when the where told to surrender, it was too dangerous to strom it from the front side, A helicopter of NPAS dropped several Armed response officers on top of the buidling, the 2 armed men where neutralized, no officers where wounded

It's been a tough day, had some sort of sports day on my school, was not easy but not hard, i took my team to victory and made it to the first place after that i had to catch up a sport test, the couper test, i had 10 min and runned 1,6 km, i think i did pretty decent, going to do alot more cardio workout, no pain no game haha
