Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi all,

Firstly, me and a mate were out robbing drug locations, this is where we came across people making meth at "Grandmas house", grapeseed. We decided to lockpick the van as we didn't know how many people were there. When my friend robbed the van he was shot at by a marabunta member who just came out the house. This was approx 2:20am. After we robbed the van the marabunta was out looking for us in Grapeseed/sandy. This is where there clocked onto us and chased us which led to a shootout to the docks near grapeseed as seen in clip 1 and 2. This was at 2:30am. We then killed the mara who were on us and I then dumped 2 mara member without their phone and radios and took my mate to Paleto hospital. This was at After dropping him off the hospital I then decided to go back to the scene and see if we had the car there and if the other mara member were still there. Upon arriving, I couldn't find the car and the mara members were missing. This is seen in clip 3. In then went to change the location of the 2 member that I dumbed at Cassidy trail. I went to move them from near the water to the watch tower. This is where I heard some dodgy vehicles and thought I was being pulled up on by other members. This is where I decided to try and flee but when driving through sandy, mara members were dropping off other members at sandy hospital. This then led to us being chased and gunned down.

The reason I believe this is metagaming is because I don't believe a gps was sent to other members at the fight in grapeseed. This led to their member being saved and helping further on. It is mentioned in clip 4, that mara members were smelting and then were sent the gps. but there was a bit of confusion in the call which leads me to not believing this is true. It is also mentioned by a mara member that he checked Paleto hospital, this lines up with the timing I was there and taking my friend, while there we had no sign of anyone in Paleto at all. My mate was in Paleto for around 15 minutes after he got up from pillbox and no-one was there. This was at 2:40am-3:00am. I then left Paleto to move the dumped bodies, this is where you can see other mara members pulling up to the dumped location. I believe this is too good of timing and had to be metagamed for them to know exactly where we was. The 2 mara who was dumped were running out of time as they were bleeding out. I believe the reason for them to delay the timer is because they knew they was going to be saved.

Hello mate, i will be replying based on the first situation on this report as i was not there for the second situation you have described.

The reason I believe this is metagaming is because I don't believe a gps was sent to other members at the fight in grapeseed.

I did indeed post a GPS to the location of this fight shown by the screenshots below.



I also have a clip of this situation where i was walk behind a car and send the GPS if this is needed!

i was not there for the second situation you have described.

If im correct you turned up to the final situation at sandy, towards the los santos freeway. You shoot and kill me and my friend. One thing I want to point out is the timing from when you came out of pillbox and then was involved in the final shootout where you kill us both. If its over the 15 minutes fair enough, but the timings I add it up to is less than the required 15 minutes. I am happy you sent the gps the timings and location match up. Thanks for clearing that up.

Could you specify what you are trying to report here? Is it metagaming or NLR?

However i will answer your question. Once i had gone to pillbox, i decided to go to my container grab a few things and sat back at my turf for around 20 minutes before even deciding to leave the area near my turf. (I also have clips of this as i thought you would try to bring this up).

Also i would like to add that your friend admitted that he waited his 20 minutes in Paleto and moved down to the location where we had our final fight. He said this in QE, but it seems you kept that out of your QE recordings for some reason?

Could you specify what you are trying to report here? Is it metagaming or NLR?

After revising the timings of the clips is seems as you may have broken NLR due to the final situation.

Also i would like to add that your friend admitted that he waited his 20 minutes in Paleto and moved down to the location where we had our final fight. He said this in QE, but it seems you kept that out of your QE recordings for some reason?

His audio isn't recorded in the clip as seen in the qe clip. But yes he made his way from paleto towards the city, this is when we was forced into a gunfight by you and your other members who chased us and shot us.

But this isnt how it happened or how he explained it is it? You both said that he waited at Pillbox for 20 minutes before leaving.

However the logs will show the times around me coming out of Pillbox, and then me killing the player and simply i am done replying to this report as you have made it clear that you are trying to steer the report into something different.

I will now wait for the conclusion as we are getting no where and am happy to provide clips etc if requested to do so by staff!

This seems very convenient also. I want to stress the fact that this has come to the report a player section due to inability of explaining your side of finding out where I was. There was many voices talking over each other and stories not adding up. You also said that you checked every dodgy and a few common dumping spots, it seems very convenient that you fount the correct dumping spot in around 5-10 minutes. When asked for a clip of the situation, your member provided this clip which doesn't explain how or show any searching of how you found out we was on the watch tower. You can declare this by the first 3 seconds into the clip and a member saying "Is he at the watch tower?". Which forr obvious reasons seem suspicious for the first thing to be said is where we are.

To be honest mate I dont have a clue what your getting at here. He said that he waited at paleto pillbox for however long he said, baring in mind he was in the hospital before you, and then made his way to the city where we both was caught.

The logs may prove that you didnt break the NLR rule which is what we are both hoping for. I only included this after seeing the timestamps of the clips adding up, not to try and get you banned but if you were to I have the right to report if I felt you gained an advantage. Am I wrong?

Hello Zino, i will be responding on this part of the report as Barry was not involved.We searched around Sandy trying to find our members and decided to go towards Paleto, taking the Cassidy Trail route as this is usually used more as a dumping spot. than an open highway.Whilst we were looking, our other members also decided to check many different dodgy doctors as we knew our members had weapons and thought this could be a possibility. I was then on the dirt track going towards Great Ocean Highway when i seen a black local car, driving at high speeds and unlike a local. I then spun and attempted to chase but unfortunately lost sight almost immediately, so i decided to go on top of the hill in hopes of relocating the car. I knew the driver of the car only had a few options being, going towards Lumber Yard, Stab City or driving up the hills. I then explained his options to my members when i was told that one of us were in Stab City already and have not seen the car, eliminating this option.I then took the initiative to go up the hill with another member of my group and he had spotted something next to the Tower on the hill (another known dumping location). He then zoomed in with his phone a few times as he was unsure if it was a bush or something else but luckily had located you and our downed members.This is when we swooped in, attempting to save our members lives.As i mentioned in QE, i sadly do not have a clip of this situation, so i asked if you had a clip of me driving past you on this trail, in which you replied yes. We were also in QE with the staff member Zellie and hopefully she can confirm on this.

The only clip I have of this is corrupted but can be shown externally, due me not being able to upload the clip. (stuck on processing). I only clipped from when the members pulled up and don't remember passing anyone on the Cassidy trail. This clip shows the members on the floor and others pulling up to the downed members location.

You say that your other members checked dodgy locations etc, but when you had killed us both were checking every dodgy in sandy and towards paleto, surely you would have the knowledge of at least some of these locations of not having a dodgy doctor there and skip past a few. Not check one by one. This is also shown in a clip which I cant upload but can be shown externally.
