Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around half 7 - 8 pm on 7th of April myself (driving the grey sultan) and another member of TFA went up towards my container so that I could deposit 2 of my guns into it as safety upon getting into the area we made way to my container upon stopping a black Itali GTO stopped next to us and I want to emphasise the way the role-play scenario was started by asking “Who’s this” and next words were “say fuck azteccas” where I clearly answered TFA which is backed up by us in a grey car ( what we normally use as colour) and both of us wearing our helmets which is exclusive to TFA.

After saying alright to my answer to his question he then told me to say fuck azteccas where my friend got out the boot of the car which made me not answer his demands due to deviating it. He then said again “Say fuck Azteccas” to where I said we will not say that and drove off from them.

The baller then gave chase to us where we was confused and tried to flag our members down on radio to assist us our members where confused and made way. During the small chase it looked like the GTO made many effort to ram us which we barely avoided.

We then headed for the auto shop where one of TFA was on call with Dwayne I believe (who didn’t know this was happening apparently) where we slowed down to tell the GTO to speak to Dwayne but he didn’t listen and called for more ballas for assistance we then made it into legion our car was broken and smoking so we slowed down (We had member in the area now) we was then surrounded by ballas they rammed our car more now it was disabled.

We began to conversation with the ballas where they said we weren’t baldies and we know how this goes (implying that we know what happens if we don’t say fuck this gang when asked) they contained to threaten and say we keep talking we will be shot and all this telling we been in the city long enough to know generally I consider it baiting for us to react to them then telling us what are we genuinely going to do to them because of it. we were then met with guns in our face and told to get out which we complied. As soon in the clip aswell I was in full KUTTE and helmet which solidifies that I am indeed not an Aztecca but they were adamant on now robbing us. But whilst out the car I noticed the armed police that had arrived and advancing on the ballas, the baller that searched me asked me to “ drop my revvy” why before I could comply he ran into his car and left which we repaired our car and all re grouped back at auto shop.

Back at the shop a few minutes after the situation at legion Ballas arrived where we had a chat one member was accusing us of working for police the other calling us baldies and retards then the third saying we should of listened and done what they said. We had 2 people come to the shop to look at bikes where ballas aimed guns at them ( I believe personally trying to get a reaction out of us seen as tho they had war cars staggered about and a GTO back up to our gate ready in wait) we ushered the customer inside and had a member see to them ballas then spilled more shit at us about them not being happy with what happened and we know how to deal with them situations and we have been in city long enough to know what to expect if we do not comply.

This whole situation was Low quality Rp nothing was with high quality level you’d expect from a WL group at their capacity. I didn’t say what they wanted so I was to be robbed for my hard work. Then to double down and try to instigate a fight at auto shop because azteccas were not around is just not what I expected from them.

I did not go to QE or even ask them to QE because it would of not went anywhere or made a difference to their RP it is 100% appalling the behaviour shown by these WL gang members and what they do when they don’t get to fight someone because they are bored but I have explained in detail our side of this report and will only answer questions staff need me to answer

I am 158 here but I will only be speaking for me. The first sighting was at Azteca block where at first you didn't want to say who you were. You then kept saying "im TFA" then got an attitude and refused to say what we were asking you to say which could of easily solved this whole thing. You then sped off to legion where you slowed down behind a police officer which was pretty irritating so we then pressured you again at legion as it seemed like you were hiding behind police thinking it would scare us off or something. You then said with confidence and what seemed cheeky "you'll do what Dwayne says". None of us knew he was on the phone with a TFA member not even involved with the situation. Now in my head im thinking "he is refusing to say what we are asking and now he thinks he can undermine what we are asking him to do by saying we'll listen to Dwayne in a snarky attitude". We didn't shoot you, we didn't rob you, we got chased off by police which in our head makes us think you have now completed what you set out for by stopping by police in which they'd disperse us which is exactly what happened because we do not want a shootout with police. So We are agitated and go to your turf to discuss the whole situation in which one of your members Leo even said yall should have just said it and let it be. Were we aggressive about it? Yes, and it really only got more aggressive when you had that cheeky Dwayne comment and stopped by police. Again, nobody was shot and nobody was robbed for not saying "fuck so and so gang". We went and had a chat at your turf in an aggressive way and then left.

If you went to QE with us we could have discussed it in a civil manner like adults, but it seems as you already had the idea to report in mind before even giving anyone a chance to explain anything and saying our RP is appalling. If we wanted to shoot you because aztecas weren't around we would have done it, but we didn't because that's not what we set out to do. We are NOT shoot first and ask questions later. your remarks and actions seemed cheeky and arrogant which escalated that situation.

I personally don't have any clips from my side as I didn't see this situation as report worthy or I would have clips. But that's my side of things. More than happy to answer and questions from staff.

Hi Alex I just wanted to ask a couple questions to your response

You say I didn’t want to say who I was and gave attitude? When I was first approached I was asked who I was and I stated straight away tfa to which I was met with the response ‘ah ok say fuck Aztecca real quick’ to which I say ‘I’m not going to say fuck aztecca jheeze it’s not my beef’ can I ask which part of that is giving attitude? And do you personally feel me refusing to say a statement is warrant enough to chase someone across the city when you’ve recognised there nothing to do with said group you have beef with by acknowledging the I’m tfa with ah ok

You say I slowed down behind police can I just clarify where exactly the police where during the incident at legion when we was by bean machine/the bank?

You say that nobody was robbed or shot for not saying ‘fuck so and so gang’ so at the during this whole situation that ensued from me not saying fuck so and so gang no there was no attempted robbery or plans to shoot me?

You are driving through a block with someone we are in beef with in NO colors so we chased you down. Anybody can say they are apart of any gang, so yes in that specific situation with the attitude and no colors on we chased you to legion.

There was a police officer at construction when we chased you and you slowed down literally right behind him and pretty sure came to a complete stop. Then you moved right in front of bean machine as the officer was still parked there within seeing distance.

Lastly for you not saying “fuck a gang” no we will not shoot or rob you. But we will rob you for an attitude/ cheeky remarks, at least I would, I cannot speak for others. Even your own member said you should have said it and moved on. We had plenty of opportunity to rob or shoot and we still didn’t, so if RP had continued I don’t know what would have happened but in the end, nobody was harmed in any way.

We have asked this question many times in the past just like every other gang and they have some sort of proof of who they are or they give off a vibe as they are not apart of said group and we all leave the situation peacefully.
