I was trying to test some issues with vehicle mod orders and would like to claim the order costs back if that's OK.

I would have taken away the wages I'll get for the work but due to another bug I get negative wages from the orders anyway

Xenon Lights: £7,500 (Which gave him Stock Lights)
Red Lights: £45,000 (Which he receievd no issue)
Stock Lights: £750 (Which he got Xenon Lights)
White Lights: £7,500 (Which he received no issue)
Xenon Lights: £7,500 (Which he received stock)
Total: £68,250

AE Turbo (Asea):
Price: £27,000
Total: £27,000

AE Turbo (Futo GTX):
Removed Turbo: £1,500 (Turbo was shown in modify UI not removed but in Garage UI was shown to have been remoed).

I'm struggling to see how you got £147,200 for order costs and a grand total of £194,569 for additional reimbursement for removing your Turbo on a vehicle to show the bug?
Could you help me understand if I'm being a numpty or not

No you are correct there were some orders not recorded due to my mistake, I forgot that when making the request.

I'm happy with whatever I'm allowed back anyway it was my choice to do it all.
 
Thank you for the video demonstration and finding a way to replicate the bug as it helped to fix the issue.

As the compensation guidelines state:
You suffered a direct loss due to Server Issues:
  • Another player desynced into you - causing your character to be incapacitated, leading to a respawn.
  • A known bug/issue causes you to lose items.
    • If you believe you've lost items due to an unknown/new bug - please submit a Bug Report alongside your request.
  • An unannounced restart causes you to lose items.
    • Planned routine server restarts are advertised - lost items due to these will not be compensated.

You indeed did suffer monetary loss due to the Turbo and Headlights however you chose to purchase non bugged items for the testing purposes.

Under most circumstances that would be on the player however upon reviewing the ticket the Bug Report Team was added to it and asked if they could try and replicate it which you managed to do. Due to the request from Recon to replicate it I'm happy to reimburse the money lost shown in the video footage.

Compensation request approved.
