Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello to whichever staff reads this,

I am putting in this report as I think 1, this is very poor roleplay and 2, I think this is powergaming. Ballas and Grove got into a fight and we were going to take them to dodgy which ended up in feds following us. We ended up taking this to underground car park which we had a long standoff with police. In the middle of this standoff MRAP came down and was fine at first but the longer we waited I guess the more MRAP was getting impatient and started running us over. I believe this is powergaming because MRAP is unbreakable and basically a tank and there is not much anyone can do about it if it's running you over. We went to QE over this in which NEP admitted his wrong doings but I believe after a very long stand off this was not the ending we deserved. None of us mind losing but it's the way that things happened is the most annoying part.

Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay.

First off thank you for your reply, after Tom, Alex and others called me to the liaison, the first thing I did was apologise to those who joined and admitted the mistake, I was informed by another longer standing CTSFO regarding the actions after the situation had ended, my initial feelings were just feeling like an idiot and I explained how I should of known better, and realized that's not the intended use of the asset, I was forwarded a post regarding a previous situation which had happened before my joining in CTSFO in a similar incident as to this back in April of last year. I explained to the members of ballas that had joined the liasion that I can only apologise and it will never happen again given where I am in a position within the police, especially with someone who has access to the MRAP.

I can understand why people would be upset for a situation such as this and I was trying to be as sympathetic as possible, I knew I was in the wrong and if they had any questions I would of answered them, to which I did ask and they didn't have many questions, they were mainly looking for my reaction to the situation I believe. I thanked them for their time and if they wanted to pursue this incident further as a report they are welcome to do so, as I genuinely believe I was in the wrong here. I will be 100% honest I'm not sure as to which rule I would have broken but having a look over and my knowledge as it stands, powergaming would be something that stands out to me which is what Alex is reporting me for here. An apology goes a long way and hopefully you understood where you went wrong here.

However, unfortunately the "I did know about such policies/rules" is not going to fly here.
This is not our first rodeo with this kind of situation, to this day in firearms, even within SFC people frequently reminisence about "That one time with Theodore Valentine and the Lost".

In addition to this it is specificly written out in the SOP's for CT's that TW (more than once) had requested all CT's read.
Given your position, I would have hoped you would have read the documents that you are in charge of and should be teaching those below you.

Regarding the situation itself, even though I am sure you regret the actions you have taken, you used the MRAP for a quick win after the deadlock between Ballas and Police had been going on for a significant time.
Because the outcome of the situation has been influenced severely by (mis)use of the MRAP in this case I will be actioning this report.

It would fall under common sense/powergaming, you're using a nearly indestructable box to run people over which no matter what they do, will lose that situation.
