Why do you think you were banned: I would like to preface this by saying I am aware there is a one month cooldown on bans for C2.3, however I would like to plead my case and hope that I can explain this was a honest mistake from somebody in the community for 4+ years with a clean record.
On 02/02/2025 at around 3:30 am I was delivering food on my character Shei Tiang when I had an unfortunate accident on the Delivery Moped, leading me to fly into the air and become incapacitated. After about a minute of being on the floor I then decided "It's 3am, I'm already tired, it's just time to go to bed now" and logged out.
Why should we unban you: I was not aware that this would come under the Combat Logging rule, but I understand now how it does as I believe logging out while down resets your down timer. This was not, under any circumstances, my plan to relog on at a more popular time to ensure I get NHS treatment, I had nothing worth anything on my person anyway, I just didn't want to sit at my pc for another 15 minutes at 3am, but I realise now this was a stupid mistake and how it looks from the outside perspective.
Admittedly I was rather shocked when I went to log on to check something this afternoon to find I had been banned. I am really disapointed in myself as RPUK is a staple of my evenings most nights. I believe I provide high quality roleplay to the community between my three active characters, especially my most active being Adam Whitmarsh in the Police having spent hundreds of hours on patrol in the last year.
Where we go from here I am unsure, I am hoping I would be able to get back to it before the one month as I've really been enjoying RPUK a lot recently, especially on my new upcoming gang character who is only a few days old, I accept full responsibility for the situation and hope I have portrayed my honest mistake.
