Why do you think you were banned:
I was banned because as far as I remember I was chasing someone and jumped into water after them and drowned and as I was pretty tired I decided to end the day there

Why should we unban you:
Because Looking back I realise where I went wrong and that at the very least I should of waited for the death timer to countdown completely, I should of known better and actually bothered to "live" the death timer out or been rescued and I should of informed staff immediately so they were aware of what was happening, In the future I will ensure that I made sure situations are fully resolved before leaving for the night.
It was a stupid mistake and I will ensure it doesnt happen again.

Im hoping to get unbanned so that I can get back into the police RP thats here in RPUK and continue moreorless where I left off as last time I was here I did really enjoy my time and all the complexity that comes with being police here on RPUK, I like to think I had a decent reputation here and I was pretty active before this ban
Id also like to get back to being a solicitor again as I really enjoyed this side also


I know last time I tried to get unbanned I put minimal effort in and I see where I went wrong there also and should of actually put the effort in.

I know that its been a long period of time as well and if im honest its because I was busy with work and was beginning to be burnt out from the whole RP thing and then I simply forgot about all this as well.

This won't affect your appeal, but more out of curiosity, how comes it's taken you so long to appeal if you were so active prior to your ban being put through?

You were also in the community long enough to know that exiting the game whilst downed would fall under combat logging I'd say.

Honestly its because part of me was a bit tired of RP because I was doing to much in my own time, and partly just busy, and mainly because I forgot about all this,

and your right I should of and did know I just didn't think at the time I have no excuse whatsoever

If you were in a roleplay situation in future, or you were downed for instance, and you had to go (IRL emergency for instance), what would you do?

If you are successful in your appeal, your character Scott Ozzy who you combat logged on will have their inventory wiped, and NLR will apply - to reflect your character actually dying.

Honestly the only answer I can give you is a promise that it won't,
In future ill try to not begin scenarios when Im getting ready to come off for the night, but Id wait out the respawn timer and if my character died then id leave after respawn, however if I was rescued id message all parties involved and let them know I had to go, if I had a RL emergency then id message the people involved and then staff to keep them informed

and thats completely fine
