Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself & Bobby Holden responded to another officers ask for help when they'd came across NSC at a dodgy doctor in Grapeseed.

I had 0 interaction with Frank before he shot me, as seen in this POV provided by Bobby Holden, I asked him to attend a Liaison in Churchill after the situation, but he joined with a terrible attitude from the outset and I knew it wasn't going to be productive to stay in the Liaison, it was swiftly ended with no conclusion, Frank claimed that he was concentrating more on the fact that we were on Bikes and not the fact we were wearing completely different coloured helmets and the fact that I was riding in front of him and not behind as he'd left Bobby behind.

Even if this was the case, I feel that the RP provided by Frank was subpar and non-existent to be able to justify his use of his weapon against someone (given the only words from him were 'fuck off' and 'I'll take you off your Bike' again said to Bobby and not myself.

I didn't have my OBS open, and by the time I realised, this had already happened.

the only thing to makes this harder is the fact it's dark and was hard to tell who was who for 1 when your saying different coloured bike helmet but you was behind the car at first before then zoomed ahead of me so I shot to make sure you didn't catch up to the rest of my lot and it wasn't just me with the attitude it was also you bud

Appreciate your response, could the attitude from both parties be better, sure. So let me be the first to apologise from my side for that.

I'm happy to agree that the encounter may not have been random, however, the RP you provided before shooting was abysmal, even if it was me who said it, that level of conversation doesn't equate to you providing the required RP to attack another player.

If you believe it does, then I worry for your future RP avenues.

My judgement may be clouded in this scenario as I'm directly involved, so thats why I've brought it to the Report section of the Forums.

yeah it could of been loads better tbh so I accept that in all honesty I couldn't tell who was who on the bikes so its my own fault but again it was dark but still shit and nah it's not the RP I try to provide anyway

I appreciate the apology, I think the way we both went into the liaison was askew.

Genuinely pleased to hear that its not the RP you try to provide, I do believe that this is the first interaction we've ever had on the server, at least with you leader of NSC. Nevertheless, its the RP you've provided and its now out of both of our hands on how this goes down.

Happy to answer questions from both other staff and yourself if anyone requires further clarification on stuff :)

I've provided my POV so a fair assessment can be made by staff. Unless there are questions about my thoughts at the time, my opinions, my decisions as OFC or otherwise. I will not be saying anything further. I provided my bodyworn as evidence so that a fair decision can be made.
 
the BWV provided in the initial report was from my prospective, you say you shot Hank because you thought it was me.

do you really believe u provided enough RP to start shooting because i told you a possible out come for if you had rammed me off my bike.

Huntz how would you or your group like it if i had just decided to shoot you or them because of you saying your would take me off the bike, its nowhere near enough RP to even consider pulling that weapon and start shooting.
 
imagine I said to an officer I was going to put a bullet in their head you think I'm walking away not in cuffs? I've seen you lot arrest people for that not only that your literally sitting there waiting for back up so we can all get arrested at the dodgy, you literally wanted to arrest people one by one and because it didn't go that way you don't like it yes I agree I should of provided more RP with hank but as I say I thought that was you tbf so that's my bad

You say you got the motorbikes mixed up? Yet your colleagues shot and me and Dan as we drove past as seen in my video. That tells me you had intensions to shoot cops no matter who it was. Why did your colleagues shoot us if you all had intentions only to shoot the one biker? Your demands from the video I've seen didn't seem perfectly clear and an opportunity for some great pursuits and ultimately roleplay was lost
 
Huntz, you threatened to take me off my bike, so I responded with a potential consequence for your actions. There were multiple pieces of legislation that could have backed up my claim if it had escalated, but that was all part of an RP scenario.

What I don’t understand is why you felt it was acceptable to shoot after such minimal RP or interaction. If I had done the same and responded with violence immediately after your comment, I’d likely find myself in the same position you’re in now.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that you didn’t even attempt to engage in a proper chase before resorting to shooting, which lasted barely 20 seconds. This kind of behavior diminishes the quality of roleplay for everyone involved.

I’m not here to argue back and forth on the forums, as it wastes everyone’s time, but I believe this situation needs to be addressed.

bike rode past i shot and thought you lot was going to then try pull me over that's why my lot didn't chase you to kill you they shot you to stop following there was no intentions to kill cops at all

you could of responded with something a little more passive rather then I'll put a round in your head that sounds a little fraggy if im honest and your meant to set an example in RP as your a faction

I've spent some time watching these pov's and conferring with other staff. The general consensus is that the rp provided prior to the shots wasn't of a high enough quality.
