(Side note) There is one thing, me and bob have not tried to login today as we are at work so are not 100% on what message we would receive.
The evidence shown does show the voice of my friend initiating "put your hands up" and also does not show the salty response we got afterwards and the fact they did not try to get us to come to TS (over voice or send us a message on direct chat) on in game mobile. We left because after being chased by police, we expect backup to come for them, we'd be stupid to stick around too long.

After we had demanded "hands up", thus they have failed to comply with our demand.
The only thing from their videos, *yes, i did follow the report player thread* is our voices seem very quiet, thus they struggle to hear us due to; i can only assume their TS has muted in game voip.
So the only real thing from this we can say is, this is what happens when 1 or more parties cannot hear the other, everyone is trigger happy.
The officer I shot was after the gunfire had started and instead of putting his hands up he tries to take a firing position behind the wall.
After being chased for some time while they exploit the ANPR camera that in real life does not work as a tracker, highly unrealistic.
I'm not speaking at first as i am panicking that my gun is not in my hands and I can hear my friend initiating and more than one voice tends to confuse the issue.
Updated video evidence with a youtube video instead of imgur as there was no sound.
The evidence to ban us seems to hide the so called 'attempts to amend the issue' , how convenient.
I just had a look at the message we receive after trying to join and it says 2.2. Thus our issue of demanding hands are raised and being told 'so that's how they want it' there was simply no more we could of done without getting shot by the officers within maybe 4 seconds. It couldn't of happened another way with these police members. Seeing as Police are supposed to be the pinnacle of role-play.
Why should we unban you ?
Because the only evidence we had of their intentions was a hostile phrase and readying their weapons to take cover and engage us after not complying with our initiation.
The evidence they provided stops before showing "their salty attitude towards us, and lack of attempts to send us notes to resolve the issue.
After all the evidence I can see they couldn't hear us where my friend only heard one phrase.
