In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned because i accidentally broke the rule VDM, Vehicle Deathmatch while trying to rob someone.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I have played on another Arma 3 roleplay server for about 300 hours. I have also started playing Counter Strike Global Offensive, Dota 2 and some other games again with my friends.

Why do you want to return ?

I would like to return because i really miss roleplaying in the server, when i was playing on another roleplay server after i got banned on this one i couldn't find any server that is on the same roleplay level as this one. I would also like to return because my friends started playing on this sever and i really want to play with them on this roleplay server.

Why should we unban you ?

I think you should unban me because i learned from my big mistake, it was very stupid at the time and i didn't really think about it. After i got banned and made my last sent appeal i started to read all of the rules instead of just "most" and i now fully understand them. It happened almost a year ago and at that time i wasn't really thinking about roleplaying, but more as having fun on an Arma server, but now i really see the point in roleplaying on Arma and i really like it. I hope you give me another chance and i promise that i will try not to break any of the rules in the future.

You say you learned from your mistake yet you made that same mistake twice within the span of two weeks. Before that made numerous other 'mistakes' which you were warned for. You say you only knew most rules but RDM and VDM our kinda those type of rules that everyone knows.

So far not that impressed with your appeal, so try and convince me why I should waste more time on it. Or at the very least more time than you took writing it.

 
I am very sorry but i can´t remember being warned once but that could be my mind as it has been quite some time since that happened. At that time I indeed only knew the rules VDM and RDM, but now after hundreds of hours on other roleplay servers i know all of the rules and what they mean. When this happened i was rather new to Arma 3 and Arma 3 roleplay so i didn´t really understood the rules. I did know about the rule VDM but i didn´t know what i did was stated as VDM as i touched his car by accident with my car, but he carried on so i thought it was okay to carry on aswell. If i now think about what i did and the rule VDM i can see that it was VDM, when i hit his car i should of stopped chasing him and just drive off. If he did stop i should of said that i was sorry and i wouldn´t continue robbing him.

 
Thing is these servers that have copied our rules almost word for word doesn't actually enforce their rules or like some little copycat communities want to be roleplay communities allow unlimited chances no matter what you have done, We don't!

Now when we look at permanent appeals we decide if people are going to fit in here, a quick look at your steam profile which is covered in Nazi related comments which for some reason you have failed to moderate so that must mean you find it funny them being there along with multiple vac bans

It makes me not want to even consider it

 
i understand that and i do find it good that you guys don't give unlimited chances and that is one of the reasons why this community is better than others. When it comes to things on my Steam profile i usually don't look at them and just leave them on it, In my behalf i don't think it has any relevance on how my Roleplay is during playing on servers as i don't troll and i actually roleplay properly, I wouldn't want to get unbanned to then just get rebanned again for trolling in the server. And i know that if i troll i will be banned straight away and that I will never be unbanned again. I just want to get back Roleplaying with my friends.

Correct... but it tells us a lot about the person! Not only do we want serious roleplay here we also keep this community clean and full of nice people making it a fun environment to be on

I wonder if you tolerate this on your public profile you would tolerate or do such a thing on any of our servers

Whats the VAC bans about, you have failed to tell us about them.

 
I ignored the comments that were put up on my profile but i really do think that they are are inappropriate. I wouldn't tolerate that if I heard it on any server. I would put a report up about this because joking in any way about Nazi's is inappropriate. I have also removed the comments from my profile as I have acknowledged them. About my VAC bans, i have got a VAC ban for Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 and for Counter-Strike Global Offensive. I got annoyed because it felt like I was only playing against cheaters. That was quite some time ago and I do regret it right know as I can't play those games anymore and everyone who looks at my profile can see that I have 2 VAC bans and they ask me questions about the bans.

 
In your opinion which rule on our rules page is the most important for the community and why?

 
All of the rules are important but in my opinion the most important rule is 3.1: "You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything." because this is a roleplay server, you should always stay in your roleplay character so you can make roleplay fun for yourself but also for the people who are nearby and not disturb the roleplay of someone else.

Yes, i ban evaded at the time that my friend got unbanned who was in the same situation but i didn't get unbanned even though we were in the same situation. At that time i had an extra Steam account with Arma 3 laying around and i thought i might aswell use it to play with my friend as i didn't get unbanned on my main account. I understand that i got banned for that on that account as i ban evaded. I also understand that it is against the rules because i am not banned for no reason on my other account.

Okay. 

You've been banned for well over a year, and even been more than 6 months on your evaded account. 

I believe if you can't even be trusted to appeal a ban successfully without having to evade and use another steam account should I really trust you on the server?

I think you should trust me back on the server because i was sort of annoyed because my friend did get unbanned and i didn't. I also didn't get it why i wasn't unbanned because it was a small rulebreak, i am not saying that VDM is a small rulebreak but the VDM i did in that situation was a really tiny rulebreak.

I just wanted to play with my friends, so i ban evaded. Now that i am banned for that i really do regret and i do understand why it is a rule in this community. And now i'm banned on both accounts i can't ban evade again as i don't have anymore accounts. When i ban evaded i wasn't thinking about the consequences because i just wanted to play but i really do regret it now. 

 
Rules are rules not matter how minor they are, to others they could be very important. So all our rules are important and should not be classed into sub terms.

You have 2 accounts, I suggest using them else where. We don't want players not following our appeal process and ruining the experience for others, especially when they cheat their way around it and buy a new account.

There are other communities out there for you, I can't issue an unban due to trust issue.
