So me and 7 others were just cruising around in a van when we saw a guy wearing a black carrier rig dragging someone towards the GZ. One of us wanted the black carrier rig so we decided to take the person hostage to which he wasn’t very happy. Then as we're on our journey Kittens starts saying “my friends can kill you, you know” and all that stuff that you can hear in the video but even though it’s hard to hear, he never even threatened our lives, nevermind group initiated. Anyway further into the video he then says “I hope you die” which I believe was meant OOC due to the fact he then disconnects from the game. We waited for over an hour to see if he’d return but he didn’t. We had no way to contact him at all.
I also believe he was still using his radio even though we took both radio and comms from him, due to the fact his friend starts following us and then when he’s closer kittens then starts coming out with the “yeah you know they can shoot you, right”.

Alright let's start from the beginning. i was saving hobos and rebels all day/night with some other IB players and as you can tell in the video i was very tired and this gentlemen was the last person i was going to help before i went to sleep. now i know this isn't an excuse and i should of gotten off the server a while ago, due to the late time. Anyways i was knocked out but whilst coming around i tried to initiate on the guys taking me as my friends where in kavala Square and down the road but they didn't want none of it and tried to say i was knocked out and couldn't tell them that my friends we're coming to save me. when i say "my friends can kill you" this is because soon as i get taken kidnapped antonW was right next to the situation and watched me be loaded in the same van they all chased awhile ago. "I hope you die" this was aimed at the driver who was driving and i wished for him to crash so we would all die but his driving skills managed to stay on the road and obviously get us out of kavala and away. "yeah you know they can shoot you, right" was the last thing i said as antonW was behind us and the only reason i said this again was because i did try initiate on them but it isn't clear in the video. As i can see from this video there isn't any clear evidence of me regaining eye sight or standing up and i was threatening them.

Anyways unfortunately due to the late times and the fact my father was asleep i received a text and a phone call that he will be turning off my internet, this isn't an excuse i know but i was mid conversation when my internet dropped. I am willing to come to TS and try resolve, although i am kind of upset that no attempt to contact me was made.

Do you not think it’s rather convenient how you hoped the driver to die then literally within 5 seconds just disconnected? Also, as I was personally one of the people involved in actually taking you hostage at no point did I hear you mention anything about friends. All you stated was that you were trying to help a hobo and then just made remarks because we were taking you hostage. No signs of initiation or anything.

At no point did you initiate and what do you mean we “didn’t want none of it”? All you did was rage at us. 

Furthermore, if you were told the internet is going to be disconnected then surely you could have told us that in ooc, but nothing was heard from either you or any of your gang members.

Finally, we waited over an hour for you to reconnect. It was your responsibility to contact us and explain the situation. You have been active on the forums in the last 8h at least, and could've messaged one of us.

You said your internet dropped, however it said you disconnected? Surely if your internet dropped then battleye would have sent a message stating you've lost connection. But even then I'm sure you would've been able to drop us a message on the forums via your phone.

I don't know anyone's names on the forums otherwise i would of contacted you. again i will wait in team speak to resolve this matter if possible.

Having all the facts presented here showed me that you also didn’t make any effort into resolving this issue with us. You could’ve found our forum names through the stats page here. You didn’t lose connection as you said you did, you disconnected yourself. You’ve just stated that you were on teamspeak all night which also does not make sense due to the fact you claimed you had no internet. This just looks like you’re trying to badly lie your way out of this therefore I would rather wait for a staff member to evaluate the situation than to attempt to solve this in teamspeak.

P.S. My forum name is literally the exact same.

I never known your name in game or forum name and i was on after the situation after like 2 hours when i restarted everything and then fell asleep. i'm not trying to lie or try get myself out of any situation i wish to resolve this situation like the adult community the staff here are trying to make then resolving into a report. i wish for nothing more then an conversation to deal with this situation and or compliance from myself to try remake the situation to happily then carry on the RP. i don't care about gear or money it's the game i love and the RP i have that makes me come back to the server, if you feel like i did this intentionally then you are incorrect i wish nothing more then fun RP and a good time. Again i will be waiting in TS like i have been for the whole day now waiting to speak with you. Also i have spoken with an AL man in kavala named Nathans PC about this situation and he would rather us go to team speak then deal with it like this. But again it's down to you and you wish to wait for the admins as i will do also. thank you. Kittens

Thank you for your civil replies, we appreciate that. For several reasons we don't foresee going into ts as a viable option, as you've claimed you lost connection, as can be seen in the video you purposely disconnected. Furthermore we don't believe that the comment "I hope you'll die" was made in roleplay due to your overall attitude at that time, not now mind you. As seen in game you could've found our names because we zip tied you and some weren't wearing a mask. The name of the guy who zip tied you can be found in chat as you know. Additionally, through the stats page you can look up the forums name. You didn't make effort to set the situation straight when it was needed. But again, we appreciate the sort of communication that took place here.

We can neither deny or confirm that Nathan wanted to resolve this in Teamspeak. He briefly mentioned a pleasant encounter with you, nothing mentioned of Teamspeak though. It was mentioned that you offered to be taken hostage by him at that point (there was 1 AL member online and several IB members surrounded the building). Due to that reason and that the situation on the fourth ended for us in that particular way, we had no interest in pursuing that option. Nathan recently joined us and therefore he‘s unable to represent us in a way that would satisfy everyone.

I will come to the quote "i hope you all die" i don't see this as anything else but in RP.  With the conversation before hand about him saying his gang would get the lot of you.  This goes along that very line although poor in its execution and at an even worse time.  Also I have heard far worse things come out of people in this community that are still very much in RP. 

I have taken my time in coming to my decision on what to do with the result of this report. I have gone around a few people to try and get a better understanding of what sort of person you are. As if i was to look at your Battle metrics history it does not make sense. Most of the people i have spoken to have mentioned how out of character this is of you.  I have tried to work out why someone who has been on the server as long as you would combat log.  The disconnect message can come up when your internet have drops out. This in mind i have to give your story some credibility. 
Getting hold of the people involved straight after the situation would i saved all of this hassle and i feel it may not of come to this, but reading the messages in here i can't see how any resolution could of been made as you were not able to come back online and the [AL] would not of been around when you were able to be online again.  which means it may of gone past the 24hr mark to make a report.  What i have read from the last message is very reassuring that when you were able to contact a member of [AL] you did you had a pleasant encounter.

From reading your replies i will have to agree with Mr Rice Krispy. You have been very civil and have done everything possible to resolve this situation.  It is very unfortunate that no matter how far you went you were not able to find grounds to settle with the members of [AL].

So, with all of the above in mind i have come to the decision of not banning you.  You may feel like this is a lucky escape.  This is far from it, you will be getting a final warning. This will be placed on you account so that all the Staff members can see this and keep a very close eye on you. If anything like this was to happen again there i will be no leniency taken on your punishment.  

Do not make me regret giving you this final warning.
