Please (in detail) describe the incident

So I flew to the Outpost to obviously go and buy some gear for my police holiday. Once arriving nothing unusual so I continue to buy the gear. After gearing up I hear a voice coming from behind me saying "Put your hands up" I then exit the menu and attempt to pass Malfang a note since that for some reason I was glitched and couldn't put hands up. He ignores me and continues to repeat the same thing. I then say "Come on mate, can I pass you a note". He then counts down from 5 and kills me once reaching 3. Overall this is pretty poor roleplay and didn't attempt to roleplay or listen to the fact I couldn't put my hands up at all. I then tried to ask them on TeamSpeak but he ignored the messages and eventually replied "I don't have to" (Longer then that but that was basically saying that).

Alright. I am currently watching the video and from when I sent the last message and me logging off there was no reply from Malfang.

 
I can clearly see from the video that you reload the gun and thats why i shoot you at the Count of three

It is poor/low quality RP to countdown, I am pretty sure it is stated in the rules. When I attempted to pass you a note to inform you that I was glitched you just ignored me.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
