Description of what happened: The person in question rammed a vehicle, when he got out I restrained him and noticed he had a gang name that is also against the rules, I asked him if he could leave his gang (ooc) and he said "I'll stay in what ever gang I want you fucking retard" He also then called me by my name without knowing it in role play "come on Ben you fucking cunt" - Caught him wearing Police uniform 10 minutes after the first incident.
