RDM Report - Hugo Outlaws (Awaiting Player)

Time & Date this happened: Around 9:15 on 3/17/2015
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
 
Description of what happened: Walked about 100 meters out of the police station after assisting with an arrest, running down the street to get back to the garage when BOOM one shot to the back of the head, I fall over and die without a single word exchanged. He comes up and loots my body about 10 seconds later.
 
Please note, not even 5 minutes earlier he had RDM'd someone else right infront of my eyes but I hadn't managed to record that one.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM

Yep, I was not arresting, I was assisting in an arrest as a police officer called me to help picklock his vehicle so he could take a restrained man away. He told me to come over to the police station to get my bounty pardoned, as I did so I realised it was someone on my steam friends list.. An ex-gang member, I was not involved in his arrest, and at the time of pick locking the vehicle I had no idea who was actually involved. 

I received no money for the arrest.

Appreciate you doing your job though ^.^ If you need video proof, I also have video of that particular incident I believe.
