Description of what happened:
The guy was being a general arse in Athira for a while, he kept leaving and returning with little roleplay or interaction which was a little suspicious but here he clearly VDM's with intent, killing PCSO Mike Hunt and a civilian, Phil.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No he was not in TS. I have since been informed that contacted via in game cellphone is not metagaming - I will do this in future.
