V. Rebel gameplay

a ) Only players with a rebel license are considered rebels and are allowed to follow "rebel business" like attacking cops in towns, etc. Players without a rebel license using firearms are considered RDMers. 

b ) Attacks on cities involving more than one rebel have to be announced to the admins. If you don't have an administrators approval and you still attack a city, it is considered RDMing. 

So apparently I was being watched by someone while I was on a roof watching a rebel attack a police checkpoint and had been caught, I texted him saying that if he wanted me to come help him escape. As stated in your rules a) does not apply to me as I had a rebel license.

That lies with b ) primarily it was just myself however i did group up with this other individual in order to try and escape him from capture, after a few minutes of watching, I get 2 messages one of which I did not understand what RDM meant. However the 2nd message explained that I had to leave the city (which i was in the middle of on a roof without a vehicle nearby) in less than 5 mins or be banned, now i feel that was unjustified considering it takes much longer than 5 minutes to get out of the city safely. Anyway I read the message and if he had watched he "would" have noticed me leave the roof immediately after, however i noticed a police crossing the road infront of me therefore i stayed behind the corner to stay hidden yes i took a few shots at him and was expecting to save the rebel and leave in peace. But got banned shortly after that.

I feel that with the amount of time that was given to leave the city was inadequate and even still that 5 minutes was note given, and were not allowed to save my fellow rebel in order to leave in peace.

I understand that you require approval from an admin for city fights, however to only be allowed one person without approval is a low amount considering that you have a great number of police force.

It was myself that was watching.

After these messages were sent to you i waited 3-4 mins and  you decided in that time rather than leave the city as requested to draw your gun and start heading to the police at the checkpoint... You then opened fire on a officer with no roleplay if i didnt ban you at that point you would have RDM'ed both officers who had your friend under arrest at the checkpoint

The reason i was watching was the fact that i had 2 reports that you RDM'ed from that roof from 2 serperate civillians in kavala, i checked the wanted list and there was 2 counts of manslaughter.

That concludes you was breaking in following rule

I should of banned you instantly but i gave you the chance to start leaving which you decided not to.

Yes 2 reports of RDM as a lone rebel, which states in your rules is allowed as I was not with the other individual prior to the 2 civilian kills. It was only after I saw more cops arrive and detain the other individual, at which point I decided to team up and try to rescue him and once I had rescued him I would have left the city in peace. But your clearly calling your rule out midway through a independent attack from myself.

What is there to explain ? If you were watching I was the person on the roof.

The first mail I received I did not understand. I left after it was more clearly put almost 30 seconds after recieving it.
