Please (in detail) describe the incident: Logged on duty, went to a shots fired. multiple people appear to run away possibly to a house (which i believe is heard in video) to possible combat store guns as police arrive on scene.
These people have run off so I double back to look for any injured people and find three. Due to it being a shots fired and still waiting for more RPU and response units to attend 963 just pull up to me and start macheting me with no interaction then in RP says it was because he thought I was these random crims friends?

This was really poor in my opinion and I did not think it warranted being taken to liaison as it seems like a pretty simple thing to follow.

To add to this whilst in cells I believed this player breaks NLR by speaking about dumping Elisha johansson multiple times directly to Elisha johansson (the female pc) forcing Elisha to continue her RP with what he is saying as she was also in the cells https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/16lxLYtQbBMRid

Reviewed the footage, and I can say that there is absolutely 0 roleplay involved from the player who struck you with the machete. He had ample opportunities to engage in Roleplay with you but it looks to be that he just wanted to quick and easy way to catch you off guard.

Onto the NLR breaks;

Sure, he may have dumped Elisha numerous times and he probably shouldn't bring it up numerous times especially when Elisha is playing hard to get essentially and trying to somewhat hint to him that she obviously cannot remember that, common sense should've probably kicked in then and there but we can't win them all.
