Police Constabularies on Forums *VERY MINOR*

Just noticed that the Constabularies on the forums are not matching the ones that we have in game / Teamspeak. Of course it's a really minor thing and you have better things to do.

And this is also the same as with Discord channels and roles @Ciaran

Same with Police Handbook, as well. Very minor issue, but, you know...

Fixed at some point, no-one knows when, they are name correctly now.
