Add the ability to smoke a cigar

Detailed Description:

Add the ability to smoke a cigar like smoking a cigarette instead of just keeping the cigar lit in your mouth. Though I don't know how hard it is to do that or if its just recoding the /e smoke (1,2,3) emotes to smoking a cigar, perhaps, /e smokecigar. However still keeping the ability to keep it in your mouth so you can walk around instead of being stationary when you do /e smoke

Pros:

- Makes more sense to smoke it rather than keeping it in your mouth 24/7 

Cons:

- Dev work
