In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I called someone autistic in OOC, which I agree wasn't the right thing to do. It was in a heated argument, I hopped out of my vehicle and got sprayed down by an UNMC member and got pretty pissed off, said something in-chat that I clearly shouldn't have said, I got brought into a different channel by Nalurah and told to apologize and if something like this ever happens again I will be sanctioned with a permanent ban on the server. The other reason why I've been banned is because of a VDM in Kavala Square, whether the admins think this is a bull shit excuse or decide to believe me, I was driving at a high speed and when I passed the Kavala garage turning my FPS dropped drastically which then lead onto me hitting a various of people that were stood on the road and then crashing my car into a little sign outside of the Kavala bank.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I've joined the server not a long time ago, i've been in the community for maybe 2 weeks and a half, got a nice warm welcome by the TBB gang and started settling in, started getting into the server and enjoying it a lot more than I did when I first started, I do understand the actions I've done are stupid and things you do not accept on the server, the fact that I called someone autistic is obviously not going to be accepted however it's the internet, you get called a lot of shit over it and you can't just get offended by everything and everyone in the world, the "VDM" really wasn't on purpose, I usually drive carefully around Kavala square just to make sure I don't hit anyone however that one time I didn't has clearly just fucked things up for me; the recording you can't really see much except from me just driving straight and it looks like it's just a head-on VDM but my FPS dropped, I couldn't turn left like I was attempting to and whether I'm believed or not is upto you guys/

If its the internet you should be very careful what you write cause everything is set in stone. You have breached on of the rules that has been here since the beginning and if you ever had read the rules this is number 3 on the list which to me shows that you in fact did not read the rules to begin with.
Now for your ban you were abusive towards someone which is very bad so what will you do set forth in the future?
 

Well if I get another chance on the server I'll make sure no negative and foul things get said towards other people in the community by me, obviously I acknowledge calling someone what I called them isn't acceptable I just got pretty salty and I'll make sure that its a one off and won't happen again

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

The first rule broken was a form of toxicity, swearing / saying rude things outside of roleplay, and the second rule was "VDM", personally I don't really think I actually broke the rule however the perspective the admin saw it in thought it was however I basically ran over a few people that were on the street due to frame issues.

@Nalurah can we get you story on the VDM part. since you got the evidence for it.

Was given video evidence of him driving into an entire group of people who were on the sidewalk in Kavala Square eventhough he had an open road in front of him. This was right after I had a talk with him about his language. I told him that this was the second time he broke a rule in two days so I banned him for both.

The incident was the night before the language I believe, and yeah it does look like VDM but whether you guys believe me or not I did explain myself in the main post I couldn't control my car, I couldn't turn left and I just ended up driving straight which did end up with people getting drove over and me crashing into a pole outside the bank.

Also adding the fact that I was driving at around 200/250km  & it wasn't on the sidewalk  it was on the the road next to the sidewalk.

And again you disappoint me Ethan. You knew his brothers were autistic, you decided to say that out of spite I assume. You have a lot of growing up to do.
