After failing to remove police officers from the Iron/copper trader, a gunfight was started after they didn't issue compliance. Around 5-10 minutes in to the gunfight, I was killed by a random person on the server. I managed to gather there details from the death screen (his stats page is: https://altis.roleplay.co.uk/getplayer.php?playerid=76561198077912340) The gunfight was purely between the police and my gang (The Phantom) and no other gang or individual had initiated upon myself, my gang or the police, so I believe I was RDM'ed. Upon trying to contact the person ingame I failed to request them to come to teamspeak as they was no longer on the game (about 3-5 minutes from my death I re spawned). Also, within the evidence you can see that even the officer is confused as to why I was killed by a random person.

@CMO Jackdevo Could you upload a video showing 2-3 more minutes prior to the situation. I just want to keep an eye on the kill feed prior to it and see if there was any other possible involvement. For example, police may have shot at him and he could have thought it was you guys - a ban in such a situation would be a shame as opposed to just a warning if we can get a hold of him.

I understand why you had placed a report in but like Vaffla had said we can not action a ban upon Michael due to the fact of lack of evidence towards him because we do not know the relationship with the police at the time.
