we understand the reason why we got ban but i'm wanted to tell u from our side so we were spying them the whole time we watch them shooting at each other me Trevor and my friend slim rice wanted to rob someone so we waited on the hill our plan was to rob them but instead we put them down because they have 10x better weapon but that wasn't excuse at that time we weren't thinking straight it was completely mistake.

Why should we unban you ?
we know what we did was wrong but we will learn from our mistake we should of go to team speak and discuss them but we already knew what we did was rdm we apologise to the guys who got put down and we will learn better.

when shooting a player with no quality role play or u not involved in the situation 

what you described was something you would see in a king of the hill server. Not an RP server, where was the RP and how do I know you want do anything like this again?

at that time i wasnt paying attention to roleplay rules so i took action and look what happen when i dont think straight if i get this similar situation i would think before i take my action and make good roleplay so i dont have to ruin someones roleplay experience

Give me an example on what you would do, create a scenario here 

what would i have done is make good roleplay by talk to them what happened and ask much question as possible then i would tell them to put their hand up and see if there going to be action i am ready to be back

im going to try explain this better what i could have done instead of spying on them and wait till they not look and kill them, i should of create roleplay by asking them to put their hand up then i ask if there anyone nearby if he said no i would of tell him that if he lied to us we will take u both down and if we don't trust him we will go check the area to be sure then i would tell them to drop their weapon or they will be shot if he refused to drop weapon i have permission to put him down but i will give him time not count down because it would be a poor roleplay then it wouldn't be rdm 

Right Trevor, you claim you have read the rules yet you decided to bump your appeal, I'm going to be locking this for 3 days and when those 3 days are up I expect you to have fully read the rules properly.

Right then how can I trust you won't break any server rules when you can't follow a simple one on here?
