I got run over by a tempest he rammed the off-road i was formerly in and the off-road landed on me. After this he continued to vdm a few other people. You cannot see his name but i have multiple people who will testify as my friends followed him, when they finally got to him he told us he was not able to get on ts so we tried to fix it in-game. After that he refused to pay compensate.
