Description of what happened: mads randomly shot at my heli and killed 2 ofmy friends. (i didnt record that unfortunately) We return and my friends were sitting next to the hangar. 2 people come out of red hatchback and one starts shooting at them. i get out of heli to cover my friends, i get back in heli and 2 ppl shoot me out of heli
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes but they replied with "Leo nah leetle m9"or some crap like that. My friends were later killed again.

Denied, you instigated by pointing a gun at him whilst robbing others.

I can't deal with this report because one of my Crew Members Mister S. Sugar is being reported on here too and other than all those rumours I won't deal with Reports that involve my Crew. @Neo could you please review this for me?

I just like to point out that you were sitting in the hellicopter mid air when the shots were fired. You can NOT hear if there was any warnings or any roleplay engaged. We can not hear if your gang members issued any warnings or anything. (Also keep in mind you threatened them with a gun before when they wanted him to stop the car.)

Also as soon as you start shooting Steven Sugar has right to shoot you back. Not sure why you call this RDM. 

But that is just my point of view.
