In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because I apparently had bad RP
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: I cant find in the rules were it says bad RP sorry
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: This all occurred at the airfield beside athira, I had just put my chopper away and had seen somebody was getting ready to take of. I then got out my gun and counted down from 5 a little bit quick (no that quick that people can react) and when I had said number 1 the person that was in the chopper then took of the the right (his left) and when the chopper was up 10 - 15 m in the air I started to open fire. I don't understand how this is seen as failed RP. I gave the person who was piloting the heli enough time to get out or turn the engine of but he then continued to take of so I took action.

I think I deserve my final chance because I have been following the rules ever since I had my first ban and cant recall this being a rule in the rules section. But I understand this is a serious roleplay server and what I had done was counted a little to fast to the point whenever he took of it was immediate reaction to open fire as ive had my chopper been fired at twice in a similar situation. I love ALUK and have loved every minute of it as it gives me the chance to meet to people and have fun.

Your pretty confident on the situation of knowing what happened exactly I've had many bad rp sitatuations where I've had a split second to comply and been killed at least you did count down from 5 And he clearly did not comply by making a quick get away on you dude ! But I'm no admin hopefully I'll see you back on the island if not you've learnt the hard way my friend

You rushed your countdown like crazy, going "ontwthrfofiveee" and then you killed him. He literally didn't have a chance to react. He was in mid-take off and there was nothing he could do except be killed.

That's like me standing at the main road screaming "STOP OR DIE" to a car going 250km/h and then killing him when he doesn't stop in one second.

If you don't have time to properly initiate RP, just don't. This seemed to me like a blatant case of just rushing a countdown to kill.

Even id gave him the time to RP he would have taken of anyway meaning he would have gotten away his chopper was on the ground then I said "sir step out of the chopper" I then started the count down quite fast as he started taking and when he flew he tried to turn his chopper away from me so I opened fire.

Also Brat might I ask as you were not there can I please see the footage you were shown by your friend as it seems to me you didn't take any time to look over evidence of what happened other than that what you say is wrong and there is no evidence given to make me be banned. Because I 100% sure I gave this man enough time to stop flying but 1 minute after I killed him I was banned. You would have had no time to look at evidence you just listened to your friend and used your powers.

I was spectating everything. Don't need any evidence when I witness it myself.

No offense but you didn't listen to well cause my countdown  clearly gave your friend a long enough time not to try fly away like he was on the ground then took of and tried to fly away.

could of been desync occurring is there any video footage to see the pilots point of

veiw at all?

This is a serious RP server.. do we need to put you must be good at RP in the rules ?

Terrible excuse, open a new appeal once you have a better quality/standard of roleplay.
