In your own words, Why do you think you was banned:
I was banned for VDM, I did not mean to "VDM" anyone, I was driving about in a quad and stopped to pick up my mate, I was beeping the horn for him to hurry up and a police officer told me to stop beeping so I decided to drive and parkup on the other side of the road and as I was about to drive off a guy stepped back and touched the side of my quad causing him to get knocked down, I then continued in my U turn and hit the wall opposite due to misjudging my turning width which caused me to slightly tap a parked ambulance car however did not cause any damage., I then park up then a police officer ran up and told me to get out so I drive off and chased after me on foot and told me to stop, He then walked into the side of my vehicle as I picked up speed and got knocked down, I was the banned about 20-30 seconds after this although it was an accident.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:
I did not mean to "VDM" even thought it means specifically using it to hit people, I did not mean to hit anyone and I even tried to drive back to apologise before I was kicked. I have been playing for a few weeks having fun with mates and I do not want to break any rules, this was all a misunderstanding due to the crowded area and the way the other players interacted with the quad.
This rule was NOT broke on purpose the police officer getting knocked down was a complete accident, as I said before I was coming back to apologise as he walked into the quad. I have been given a "final chance" due to a previous ban however this situation is completely different and a different rule and there is a difference between VDMing people on purpose and a complete accident. I went to talk on teamspeak but read I could not talk to him on there so I came here to make an unban appeal as this rule was not broke on purpose, in fact I had been VDM and RDM minutes before this ban was given which I was trying to contact Vlad about due to a cop car in the middle of Kavala running 5-6 people over, I believe the rules are fine the way there are and I agree if someone is VDMing they should be punished however I did not VDM on purpose.
I love rping and would not break any rules to avoid it for example yesterday I sat for a good 40 mins locked in a van with no way out, I could have chosen to just alt f4 or respawn but I did not want to break any rules to run the chance of getting permanently banned from this awesome server, I waited and rp'd through this situation. I would not run the risk of a permaban by running someone over if I can be bothered to sit for 40 mins in a locked van.
I will 100% admit I did clip the player slightly causing them to be knocked down, however this was not deliberate due to the other players actually walking into the side of the moving quad. Even a few days ban is better than a permaban as I did not mean to break any rules and really enjoy playing on the server. It was an honest accident and I would not want to disperse the chance of continuing to have a fun RP experience of this server, all I can finish with is asking for a less harsh a punishment than a permaban for a complete accident.
