Description of what happened:
 
I was in pursuit of my car which was stolen from me. I found a Red SUV which I believed to be mine so we stopped and I got my car back.
He then comes back and start talking to me, and then out of nowhere he knocks me out without even having a gun out which you can clearly see in the video, and then he just shoots me while i'm on the ground.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes I did, but he didn't think he did anything wrong and wasn't willing to comp me for what i lost.

Hello NLA Marcus,

I am Steven Sugar, and I indeed killed and still believe that this was no RDM at all.

It's disappointing that you cut out the part were you were obviously looking for a fight verbally, but that is okay.

The ENTIRE story is:
[NOT IN THE VIDEO]
Panchito radio'd us in that some guys were following him in a red SUV. We then responded to him to help him out and we both parked on the main road. You then drove up to us, jumped out with your guns out and we had a chat. You then started being a bit rude even after we offered giving you back your SUV. I gave you warning regarding that. We decided to leave, hopped in to our car and drove 10 meters only to hear you taunting us, wanting us to fight you, and so I stepped out of my vehicle and walked towards you.

I told you it was not that was not a smart thing to do, which you responded to with "Oh really?". I then knocked you out, and told your friend not to get out the vehicle or else people die. This is were your friend (for some reason whilst being surrounded) decides to jump out and try to kill me(You shouting at your friend whilst being knocked out "GET OUT AND SHOOT HIM"). He dies, and for his actions you die as well. 

I still do not see how you perceive this as RDM. I had explained this to you on teamspeak and did it here again hoping that you will understand now.

I will happily upload the rest of it if you want me to. Yes i was taunting you. But that doens't give you the right to just shoot me. 

You never said anything about killing me as the video shows.

And when you approached me i did not say "Oh really" I said "Not really" just for the record.

And the shouting was done on teamspeak.

I'm also wondering how you could knock me out without having a gun or anything out?

I did not just shoot you for no reason, I shot you as your friend tried to kill me. I held you as my "hostage" and your friend failled to comply so I killed you.

I knocked you out with a gun, friend.

As you can see in the video there was no gun out, but it could have been lag i will give you that one

And you didn't say anything to me about killing me.

You have to understand your position though..
You are being held at gunpoint and you think that after I was engaged by one of your friends, you would just be able to leave or even survive?

I would have liked a warning towards me, or atleast some RP because it took like 5 seconds from when i was knocked out till i was shot.

You were on the ground for 15 seconds. Shots were fired at the 12th second towards me from your friend, you died at the 15th second.

My friend didn't have any bullets on him so he could not have shot at you. 
Yes it was longer than 5 seconds I see that now, in the moment it just felt like 5 seconds. 

Like I said nothing was being said to me and i was not giving any chance to comply to any orders from you.

It is not possible for people that haven't been there to follow up the order of events and the RP that has been taken place.
