In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I believe i was banned for RDM

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I do apologize for my actions, I was new to the black market and freaked out over my gun.
I now understand that I am wrong and again i deeply apologize.

Why did you go on to ignore the member reporting you or trying to contact you ?

Freaking out over your gun is no excuse to shoot at people with no RP on a serious RP server, explain your actions in detail please.

 
I was not paying attention to chat so i didn't see he was trying to get me on TS. I was worried he was going to rob me since he was just sitting there watching us so i asked my one of my team mates and he said i could fire (he might of thought the guy was in the red zone)

 
Haven't had a chance to contact him yet, because it was late at night and i needed to sleep. Also not sure how to contact him outside of game, but if i get unbanned i will gladly contact him, apologize, and pay him back for what he lost and also i can assure you that this will not happen again, i have learned from my mistakes

 
No you will contact the player first, not "if" you get banned

There often on teamspeak so please made the effort and i am sure they will comment here once you have.
