Description of what happened: Was just about to take off in a helicopter and then was given less than 2 seconds to exit the helicopter after the man had warned me before he shot myself and Xsum (I'm Keith Rogers in game)
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He continuously refused to join teamspeak with the blunt attitude of "No I havent done anything wrong lel"

(XSUM PERSPECTIVE)
 On my screen (as the pilot) I was actually clicking "Get out" but due to helicopter animations... it takes a few seconds to get out. They shot without giving us any time to react.


 
 
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

i can confirm that this was totaly RDM and the worst roleplay ive seen !

Can I just say that either me or the server is completely lagging right here as you can see in the video. I gave you guys plenty time to comply, whether or not you heard it, I obviously didn't know. I didn't want to discuss it, you are right, I probably should have but the reason being is that I genuinely never done anything wrong and I thought you guys were just butthurt because one of your guys who was on the ground starting giving us abuse after we killed him.

I repeatedly requested that you joined teamspeak to resolve the situation, it would've saved so much time.
Even if the server had not have lagged (or you), it takes a few seconds to get out of a helicopter in order for animations to happen, alongside the helicopters rotors to turn off (spin down) and obviously you dont understand this as you gave around 3-5 seconds for me to stop the helicopter (so it didnt begin to fly backwards and potentially vdm someone or blow up) and to also get out, which is again 2-3 seconds of animation time of the player getting out of the helicopter. What you did was absolutely pathetic in my eyes, and therefore I saw no other way of getting to you than a forum report so you'd understand your mistakes.

On that singular day, and still happening now, we have too many players on this community that think it's accepted for a "Hands up or dead, 3,2,1" *BANG* approach to Rollplay, and it shouldn't be like that. In reality, why would you want to be stealing a helicopter doing nothing wrong? It's silly.
But, I wont go into that on this.
I'm happy to remove the forum report if you understand where I'm coming from with your poor Rollplay alongside the poor amount of time you gave for Compliance. No wonder one of my friends gave you abuse, I was tempted myself.
