Evening, let's have a look at this one shall we...

The rulebreak in question here is G2.4 Value of Life. The situations is as follows, 169 drives up the shop and parks their motorbike outside. Matty Ford, spots his next target of robbery and runs toward 169. Matty whispers "stay right there bro" "stay right there bro" whilst indoors (Due to how VOIP works within MLOs, voices can barely be heard from outside whilst shouting, let alone whispering), 169 would've barely heard this, let alone understand it. 169, enters first person perspective, limiting their total view from what's going around them to what's happening directly in front of them. 169 runs in to the shop, completely oblivious to what's going on given he didn't hear the initial "commands" and goes into the shop to deposit his cash. Matty Ford follows behind, still whispering, "touch that atm bro" "dont you chey (try?) that atm" - this last quotation is reasonably the only thing the player heard. Matty Ford then says, less than a second later, "what are you doin?" followed by an immediate strike from their knuckle dusters twice, incapacitating 169.

Let's ignore the verbal commands and put ourselves in the "visual shoes" of 169, their attacker(s) were wielding a knuckle duster & a switchblade. There are undoubtedly the hardest to see melee weapons within the server. 169, although not here to defend himself likely didn't even spot the weapons given if I were him, I most definitely wouldn't have.

Summary, did 169 hear the "commands"? No, he wouldn't have, not until Matty was stood behind him at the ATM. Did 169 see the weapons? Again, no he wouldn't have. They are incredibly difficult to spot, factor that in with the movement of both players at the same time & the accomplice not revealing himself until 169 already used the ATM makes this highly unlikely the player even knew he was in danger up until "dont you chey (try?) that atm".

169 did not break G2.4, as explained, there was absolutely no chance or opportunity for them to even understand what was happening until it was too late.

However, if you're going to attack another player, it is absolutely your responsibility @Mxtty1011to ensure the other player can hear you, you were whispering the entire time. More importantly, you MUST provide high quality roleplay BEFORE attacking another player. There was no high quality roleplay to be seen here. You issued 169 "commands" (Dare I even call them that) that he barely heard, in which with those commands you couldn't string a proper sentence together, accidentally contradicting yourself, and didn't even threaten the player once in the 4(?) sentences you blurted out toward 169. There was no indication to the player he was going to be attacked, let alone being robbed, and you attacked them without providing any high quality roleplay. That, is classed as G1.2 - RDM and you will be recieving a punishment for this.

Action: Permanent Ban (Under FBS)
CharID: 101825
Rule(s) Broken: G1.2

If you're going to continue these string of little to no quality roleplay robberies and attacks at Clinton Petrol Station, I strongly recommend you familiarise yourself with our rules and think of some ideas to improve the quality of roleplay you provide. From what I've seen here, and in other reports, there needs to be drastic improvement.

Your report has been dealt with, but perhaps not in the way you originally envisaged.

Whether this is beneficial or disadvantageous to you will depend entirely on the situation, and staff will have taken the most-appropriate action in the circumstances.
