Please (in detail) describe the incident: We fought Hustlers a few times earlier today, and on this occasion, Jake came back to a fight and was using information he shouldn't in order to try save John inside the back gardens on Ballas turf.

At the fight in question, Jake was killed on Ballas turf on top of a building near the motorway :

After this fight, we left John in the gardens and managed to get Jake into a helicopter and up into sandy where he respawned. We then had another fight with Hustlers at the dodgy doctor location which took around 20 minutes and after that happened, the server was having some issues before we returned back to Ballas turf.

John told us that he didn't have time to respawn whilst in the liaison but Jake respawned, which makes me think there was some sort of collusion between Jake and John for Jake to respawn and then save John because he was left in the gardens.

After Jake respawned, he made his way to Ballas where he went down initially and tried picking up John (John was still there due to server restarts etc and seemed like they used the restarts as a way to stay alive for Jake to pick him up). Due to Jake earlier respawning, he should have no knowledge of where John is in character. Jake did say in liaison that he was there to kill one of us with a knife, but I have suspicions that it was to pick up John hence why this report is up. The reason being, if Jake wanted to kill us he would be in colours as our war terms say 'for KOS to happen, you need to be in full official clothing' which Jake wasn't.

A video of Jake's POV was asked for in the liaison, to try resolve the situation and see things from his POV but he insisted not showing us and said he would provide it on the forums. We did try resolve this issue but I don't think it would have due to us not getting the opposition POV at the time.

Macca seems to have gotten himself banned on the forums for being silly.
He has made a ticket asking us if we can relay a message.

Bit odd to see a report up for metagaming here, especially after me and Jake were told it wasn't going to be reported in the liaison however we move forward regardless.

From my perspective here, we had a small fight on your turf and I was killed in the gardens by Enzo as shown on your footage. I waited a while to see if Ballas were going to pick me up and roleplay with me, whether that be through taking me to a dodgy doctor or driving me around and chatting to me. There are countless roleplay scenarios that could've played out here had I not respawned, and that is what I was hoping for. The server was also having some issues which prevented me from respawning. When it was clear Ballas didn't want to roleplay with me, I waited for my timer to go down so I could respawn.

You say you left me in the garden to take Jake to the dodgy doctor, but I'm just confused as to why I was left there for a good 30-40 minutes with no roleplay at all. After all PJ, you did manage to get a car around into the gardens which lead to you taking me to your turf later on - I don't see why this couldn't have been done when I was first downed in the gardens, I feel like there could've been potential roleplay there but it was neglected.

I had opened a ticket with staff to give them a heads up that i wasn't combat logging and that i was waiting to bleed out so i could respawn and go to sleep as i am busy the day after throughout the day. The server had gone down a few times and within the time i had tried to log in multiple times to get back in the game to either have RP with Ballas or bleed out.

You say 'John was still there due to server restarts etc and seemed like they used the restarts as a way to stay alive for Jake to pick him up', this to me just seems like your grasping at straws here, you are trying to accuse me of using server restarts as a way for me to stay alive in a hope to be rescued by Jake, this to me just seems silly PJ, staff can confirm i had logged on whenever i could, every time i loaded into the server it crashed and every time it crashed i tried to re - join, i cant help these things, as i stated to you above i was waiting for the timer to go down so i could respawn and go to bed but the issues with the server were not helping at all.

From this point on PJ i wont be replying to you on this report since i have given you my side on this, have a good rest of your evening PJ

 

Hi thanks for reporting me AGAIN.

Yes i went down in a fight on balla turf where i later died at sandy dodgy doter, It was then over a hour later i decided to go down to balla turf out of colors and i brought a knife along with me after seeing a woman climbing onto the roof of the deli building. After coming back with a knife i went and bought i went onto deli roof to then find out the woman that climbed up was no longer there...

I then decide to run thought the gardens to try find a balla off guard and try to rob them.

I hide in a garden after seeing a balla knowing i couldn't do anything as i would of been shot by the time i got to him, I then see him jump the fence so i start to run back to my car and i leave the turf.

Again seems like you are doing the most to report anyone you can at any given moment.

The metagaming part that i was accused of... Not once did i see John down on your turf  or did i know where he was. 

Yes i went to balla turf almost a hour after respawning... There was no current fights going on and John having problems as people was constantly crashing docent make the situation carry on i didn't know he was still there because the server was having issues.

You are literally finding any slight little problem and reporting it  

You say I'm "finding any slight problem and reporting it", but in actuality, I'm reporting what I think is a rule break. I've reported other Hustlers during this war and they too broke rules to try get a 'small victory' you could say which I think you've tried to do here by finding John and attempting to save his gun. 

Regardless, you came back to a situation where you had already respawned from and John was still there from the same situation you had respawned therefore being in direct violation of NLR. 

Like you said in the liaison, you have your POV of the situation, itd be nice to see it to dispute any metagaming claims, you're more than welcome to not show it but I think hiding such critical evidence could be detrimental to the outcome.

this just isnt the case is it the server was on and off please explain how someone being downed for over a hour continues a situation i came back not knowing he was still there again not once did i even see him... but there was no situation on going

You don't know this @PJ Adams. If he wanted to use a knife, he wouldn't wear colours whereas he'd be tapped across the map. He'd go incognito if you'd like, get up real close and take a life. Though, I am not too convinced that is what has happened here given the footage..

Anyway, I've asked for opinions of 4 other Staff members because as we all know by now that these gang reports tend to get controversial. So,  I don't understand why you've went to where Macca is then run off as soon as 1 Ballas member appears. If you wanted to stab Ballas, you'd have done it there and there?

I do genuinely believe that there was OOC influence in this report. We first see Jake Samuel at the other side of the wall from Maccas body. The vehicle that was used, the white 9f cabriole was also parked extremely close to his body. Even at this, Macca was downed at 22:13 and lost connection at 22:37 whereas he rejoined the server at 23:04 and respawned at 23:23. There was ample opportunity for Macca to respawn in this scenario, but he chose not too....I wonder why...

There might've been some NLR breaks here from you @peaceybut it is hard to tell given you weren't downed, or downed anyone else.
