As I cannot say for certain what happened is a bug & as far as my chat with a developer went, they aren't aware of the issues you've described so I'd strongly suggest you open a bug report and place your footage on it so the developers can properly investigate the issue. Should it be investigated and confirmed to be a bug, feel free to resubmit a compensation request.

In the meantime, I'd suggest you don't place anymore speakers in the mines until the situation can be investigated & unfortunately until it's confirmed a bug, this compensation request will be DENIED.
