Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and two other officers had just left Vespucci PD and heard gunshots coming from triads/ cannels we set out towards triads. We got to the crossroads just across from weasel news. Where we watched Eno attempting to do drug deals on a bike. Once he got off the bike he walked towards some locals where you can see the animation of the locals doing the handshake and Eno locking onto the animation, he puts his hands up which hides the animation almost completely for us to see. We got back to the cells at Vespucci after about 10 minutes he was jumping towards the cell doors. He did come back to the cells but was with other police so unsure if he would of came back on his own.

At the moment the player in question is currently banned for another matter, I will attach this to the report and close this one down.

It is clear in both incidents the player has exploited the handshake script and then rag dolled to get out of the cell.
