As seen below a very small matter, however it caught my attention so reporting here... hopefully an easy fix when there is time to deal with.
I've highlighted what I believe to be a mistake. This is located on the first floor of the court house from the main entrance as you go up towards the Judges office's. Where you are able to eye onto the NPC.
