In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: My first C2.2 ban was for using an emote during a firefight
My first C1.6 ban was issued by Bowen as he believed I had purposefully hidden under 18 players on the server despite being questioned by Staff
My 2nd C1.6 ban was issued due to a leaked screenshot from a private discord apparently showing me being racist
Why should we unban you ?: Regarding my C2.2 ban this has been previously appealed and I will include it below;

Why should we unban you?:
At the time I didn't consider what I did to be an exploit. I wasn't able to use the Q button to take cover at the section of wall I was stood next to so I used an emote to lay down once.
Bowen has clearly stated in the report that no matter how big or small, using an emote to dodge bullets in any scenario is wrong and considered an exploit.
I can fully accept this conclusion and statement from Bowen and appreciate why this is in place and why it is so strictly abided to.
Moving forwards I will ensure this doesn't happen again and I won't find myself being reported again in the future as has been the case for the last year and a half.
It is never my intention to break any server rules and will continue with this mentality when I return.
Bowen then responded to my appeal with;
"Upon new information that has been given to us, I will be denying this appeal. We gave you a chance to tell us about members of your gang that were underage, but you still decided to lie. I always thought you knew more than you were telling us but up until recently, I didn't have the proof. Well, now I do. Do not bother asking for the evidence, it will not be shared. You were given ample chances to talk to us and help us clear out this kind of issue, but you chose to lie.

It is my understanding that a leaked audio clip from a private discord shows me admitting that I lied when I insisted I did not know of anyone underage on RPUK when I was questioned by Staff. Given the nature of this ban I am happy to discuss this with Staff or Staff Leads in private.
My final C1.6 ban was given for Racism. At the time I was confused but it has now become clear what this is about.
Someone was sending screenshots from the Vagos private discord in order to get people banned from the server. This was going on for some time and became very frustrating seeing people get banned left right and centre and not being able to understand why. It became clear that someone in Vagos at the time was sending screenshots to Staff. In my frustration I posted 1 message in the discord that could be deemed as racist. I initiated my message with "Screenshot this and send it to staff you rat bastard...." or something to that effect. The comment was not directed at anyone in particular and was not based of anyone's appearance or race. I am certainly not a racist and never have been in my 32 years of living. I have never and would never even hint at racism in a public forum or place and condone it to the fullest.
Once I had received my final ban I was obviously frustrated and contacted Stavik in discord DMs. I did not act in an immature way and was simply querying my ban. He did tell me to appeal at the time to see evidence of my racism however this was instantly denied and I realise that appeal looks a bit sarcastic.
Since the moment I was banned I have not done or said anything in any negative light towards the server or community I simply went about playing elsewhere, mainly NoPixel Whitelisted server.
I have shown clear maturity and acceptance for my Ban and was careful to distance myself from anything that occurred post ban. During my time playing on the server I have never done anything to negatively impact other players, the community or the reputation of the server.
I would appreciate if my Unban appeal could be considered as it has been 2 months since the ban was put in place. I understand that on the surface 2x 1.6 bans and an exploiting ban all the same time do not look good but taken individually I do not feel I am deserving of never being allowed to return to the server.
