Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was out on the roam to rob a taxi,when I spotted 1 and made chase,I shot a warning shot,he stopped,I drove in front of him,making it impossible for him to drive further,and proceeded to aim my gun at him,commanding him to get out of the car,and to put his hands up,when all of a sudden,he takes his gun out and kills me directly WHILE I ALREADY HAD A GUN AIMED AT HIM & proceeded to drive off

im player 576 in question, i was out doing taxi for a few hours i have previously been robbed whilst doing taxi work so decided to go out with my gun on me just incase anything happened, when going over the zancuda bridge i noticed that the car i had just passed had turned back around and was heading in the same direction as me, when i saw this i pulled my gun out and placed it on my lap just incase when warning shots started coming from behind me, i slowed down to a stop to see what was going on when the black muscle car stopped infront of me i unfortunately couldnt hear anything from this person all i could i could see a lone gentleman pointing a gun at me but i could also see he was wearing a hospital gown and there for injured or recoving from a injury in some way and was un prepared for the robbery/killing he was going to attempt so after not hearing any commands for and having shots already fired and knowing i had my gun on my lap from when i first noticed the car turning around i decided to shoot and defend my self 

i dont have any clips from my side unfortunately to provide as my recording software wasnt working at the time

I have reviewed the footage as well as spoke to other staff members regarding this. I will go over my points below.

As Jean Paul Pace approaches the Taxi Driver that he has spotted, he shoots at the Taxi. Where was the high quality RP that you need before attacking another player? There was none. You cannot shoot at another player without engaging in High Quality Roleplay as the rule states.

Now onto the NVL Claims, the Value of Life rule states - 'At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands'. In the clip provided, I do not see ID 576 outnumbered nor do I see him at a disadvantage.
