Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on Marabunta turf when 195 (ID after combat log didn't get the one before) is selling on our turf I asked him to pay tax which multiple times in the past he has refused to and messes around after I tell him to leave he decides to insult me in which I go up to him and ask if he really wants to say that in which he says "and what bruv" in which I shoot him as this is not the first time he has lied or messed around when I ask him for tax I put him into my car and drive around a bit in which he combat logs. I didn't have his ID so I drove around that area every 10 or so minutes until I see him and manage to get his ID.
