What best describes this incident ?: VDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: We have several people that come and hang around the club for a social aspect and noticed that two of the local lads (Bobby & Fraser) who normally hang around were talking to somebody who I did not notice so I went over to see who they were. The conversation I heard was that #236 was discussing he was not happy with his last "deportation" and was asking for advice on how to be a better citizen. Despite Bobby & Fraser trying to be as polite and helpful as possible, 236 was just being difficult and not listening despite asking for advice.
Eventually 236 started to throw insults towards us, so I told him enough was enough and to leave the area because he was starting to annoy me. He throws a couple more insults towards us before getting into a local vehicle and driving off, just prior to being called out about his insults and threatened if he continued. We were expecting some kind of retaliation but for around 5 minutes nothing came of it so we carried on talking and just chilling out. Suddenly, the same vehicle that 236 left in was seen coming around the corner and drove straight towards all 3 of us. Bobby & I managed to avoid the collision however 236 ran Fraser over, before quickly driving away with no RP and being chased by Police.
I do not think that being told to "go away" because he was annoying me constitutes a reason to return to the area and just drive a vehicle into the 3 of us. Given the conversation that he had with us prior to this about how he has been deported in the past 3 times and seemingly sounded proud of it, it is clear to me that he knew exactly what he was doing and his intensions were clear that he was simply creating no RP for any of us and simply attempt to cause of severe injury without any given reason or justification.
The full 10 minute clip has been uploaded, however the last 20 seconds show the attempted VDM.
To note: Given he has admitted to being deported 3 times, clearly was not happy with being told to leave the area and returned with the sole intention to VDM us I did not reach out in OOC to speak to him. I felt this would be a waste of our time due to his attitude about his previous deportations from the city.
