In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for metagaming under the rule G3.1. The whole situation started when me and Ju –Long was on the run from police. The situation escalated and led to me being arrested and put in prison. At the time I was told that I would be put in for 240 months but when I arrived to the prison, I checked my time and noticed I had 2400 months instead of me trying to resolve the confusion within roleplay I decided to message a member of the Gruppe 6 via discord to see if my sentence was correct. After a few hours I logged back on to the server and seen that I was banned for G3.1

Why should we unban you ?: Firstly, I want to acknowledge what I done was wrong and I hold my hands up and apologise. I have taken time away from the server, 6 months precisely and I want to start on a clean slate. I never had any bad intentions, I just wanted to know if it was a user error or maybe an issue with the sentencing system but rather by resolving it through RP, I made the dumb decision to go on Discord and message a Gruppe 6 member through there. At the time I did not think too much of the situation but now looking back on it I've realised it was not the right thing to do.

If I do get a chance to come back, I want to make a big effort by bettering my roleplay and developing my character in the community. I have made many friends within the community and I do not want this to be the end of it due to my carelessness and silly decision to go out of character and resolve the issue that could have been resolved in roleplay. Once again, I want to say I'm sorry for actions and I've learned from my mistakes in the past.

I think the order that this happened here is the important thing. You were sentenced to 2400 months an you queried this in OOC if the officer meant to give you that or not. You received a direct response saying 'yes' he was.

It was the next day that you contacted a Gruppe 6 member through discord, not through the in-game phone stating that you were sentenced incorrectly and you wanted the G6 member to come release you.

You didn't ask if it was correct. You asked for them to come release you.

I query this and think it was a direct attempt for you to use OOC to get you out of a prison sentence, negating any RP that has happened?

Hi George, thank you for the swift reply, and apologies I didn't reply to this sooner.  Admittedly I used OOC to sort out this issue, at the time of doing so I was angry because of it and tried to sort out the  issue as soon as possible, in this case it was using  OOC to attempt to get ensure the time I was sentenced for was correct, and to get myself released from jail I regret this action first of all because I believe now looking back at it getting released from jail would of instantly taken away the roleplay that happened previously, not only this, but I believe I could have used roleplay to try and sort this issue, By speaking to members of G6 in game, or even members of the judiciary. When I said about no bad intentions I meant that I had no intent to ruin anyone's time, or the overall player experience of those involved. Instead my intention was simply just to get an issue I saw at the time fixed.

Hello Stavik, Thank you for the response. If you allow me to come back to the server and the community, I will make sure you don’t regret your decision. I am going to focus more on roleplay, developing my character and ensure I bring joy to people on the server and make them have a good time. I have learned a lot from my mistakes and regret them as I find myself in this situation. I hope you do give me the chance to come back and I’ll make sure that this will be the last time I will be in this position.

Any bans for any reason in the coming 6 months you  are out of here for atleast 6 months.
So dont mess this chance up.. okay?
