Please (in detail) describe the incident: ID 215 was surrounded by guns meaning he was at a clear disadvantage bearing in mind that he was previously injured. He then proceeded to shoot at all the people aiming guns. To be honest the clip is self explanatory.

What about you breaking G4.4 and G2.4? Me and my friend tried robbing  you you were at gun point and my friend pulled a knife on you. You kill my friend with your wrench even though you are at gunpoint. I headshot you with the gun drive away and minutes later your mates pull up to my car ram me multiple times and shoot me from a moving vehicle. How could have they known I had a yellow car and drove that exact direction as you were downed and cant "divulge tactical information to anyone.

So please stick to what this report is about. Your defence can be based on previous situations like you're mentioning but throwing out accusations without proof and in a context that doesnt help this process, isn't how this works

well I shot  "Boofy Shmu" at the gas station in the first place and his mates shot me from my car so when they brought me to the doctor I thought my only way to survive the robbery was to fight back and not give them the gun, because if I gave them the gun they were gonna dump me in the ocean either way as revenge because they talked about how im gonna regret shooting him so I saw fighting back as my only option.

Since there has been no evidence provided to justify what you are saying @JoshuaXSI am going to go ahead and proceed
